Share the name, email address, and phone number of someone you know who is looking for a new career opportunity. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit!

Our recruiters will reach out, qualify your referral, and work diligently to match them with the right opportunity. You don't have to do anything else.

Your referral completes a minimum of 80 hours worked (contract) or 90 days of full-time employment (permanent placement).

Referral Terms

  • Referral bonus is paid after your referral completes a minimum of 80 hours worked (for contract placements) or 90 days of full-time employment (for permanent placements).
  • There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit.
  • Referrals must be new to Career Developers and not currently in our database.
  • The referring individual must be identified at the time of referral submission.
  • Career Developers reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
