Contingency Model

There are so many benefits to hiring a recruiting agency. If your organization is already stretched thin, hiring a recruiting agency will help you gain more productivity by not having to spend hours reviewing resumes, contacting and screening candidates, and performing interviews. 


With our contingency model, we will have dedicated recruiters work with you on the opportunities you want to fill. We work hard and strive to exceed your expectations with the candidates we place. 

Fees

 20 - 25% fee's are based on candidates base salary and placement volume

Subscription/Container Model

Here at Career Developers, we want to be your partner, your designated department that is conjoined with your organizations success. If you succeed, we succeed and we want to celebrate your growth and triumphs. This model focuses on the continued growth of your company and allows us to solely focus on our partnership and needs, communication, culture, and strengths needed to continue the development of your company. 

Fees

  • Initial retainer payment of $10,000 for 10 placements at 15%
  • Initial retainer payment of $15,000 for 15 placements at 15%
  • Retainer must used within a 24 month period.

  • Retainer payment of 10% up front and then 15% after a hire is made.
