 20 - 25% fee's are based on candidates base salary and placement volume

This model focuses on the continued growth of your company and allows us to solely focus on our partnership and needs, communication, culture, and strengths needed to continue the development of your company. 

Fees

  • Initial retainer payment of $10,000 for 10 placements at 15%
  • Initial retainer payment of $15,000 for 15 placements at 15%
  • Retainer must used within a 24 month period.
