Welcome to the Terms for the Career Developers Inc. Referral Program. To qualify for a job seeker referral bonus (Referral Bonus), you must be an individual (not a business entity) and a resident of North America who is eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada. When making a referral, you must provide a new job seeker’s contact information (name, phone number, email or LinkedIn profile) The person referred (new job seeker) must either be placed in a contract position and work a minimum of eighty (80) hours, or hired as permanent placement by a Career Developers client, and must work for the client for a minimum of ninety (90) days. You will not earn any Referral Bonus if the referred job seeker works only part of the eighty (80) hour or ninety (90) day requirement. You must be the first to refer a job seeker for a role in order to qualify for a Referral Bonus. If a job seeker is hired for a different role than the one you referred them to within one-hundred twenty (120) days of your referral, you will receive a Referral Bonus provided no other person has referred the job seeker to the role for which they were hired. You will not be eligible for a Referral Bonus for any referrals made prior to December 23, 2019.
The job seeker referral bonuses are given for the purpose of attracting brand new job seekers* to Career Developers Inc. You can earn only one Referral Bonus per person referred, and you can’t refer yourself. The referred job seeker must either click through your referral code to register his or her account or enter your referral code when registering his or her account for you to be eligible for the Referral Bonus. We will endeavor to pay Referral Bonuses within thirty (30) days after we verify that one has been earned (including verification that the job seeker worked a minimum of eighty (80) hours).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program and to modify these terms and conditions at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. Third party recruiters, recruitment agencies, vendors and Career Developers employees who are not billable to a Career Developers client, Career Developers clients, hiring managers, or anyone involved in the hiring decision related to the candidate they referred are excluded from participation in this Referral Program. Any referral that would violate any non-compete, non-solicitation, or otherwise create a conflict of interest in Career Developers sole discretion will not be considered for a Referral Bonus.
