• You have to like your boss.   Ask yourself, do I think this person would be a good person to work for?

• You have to like your people/team.  Would I fit into this team?  Can I learn from them?

• You have to like your work environment.  Does it seem like a positive environment towork in or the type of environment I would succeed in?

• You have to like your job and be challenged each and every day.  Would I be challenged here?  Do I like the projects that I would be working on?

• Lastly, You have to like your pay.  Is the pay reasonable?
